Confissão de fé / Declaração de crenças
A Bíblia Sagrada:
Cremos que ela é a palavra de Deus, inspirada de forma verbal e plenária (cada palavra e todo o contexto) e é a única regra infalível para o caráter e a vida cristã.
A Trindade:
Cremos em um único Deus eterno, que se revela em três pessoas: o Pai, o Filho e o Espírito Santo, iguais em poder e glória.
A Pessoa de Jesus Cristo:
Cremos na sua divindade, humanidade, nascimento virginal, morte na cruz para salvar a humanidade, ressurreição e ascensão aos céus.
A Salvação:
Cremos que a salvação do ser humano é alcançada exclusivamente pela graça de Deus, por meio da fé no sacrifício de Jesus Cristo, e não por boas obras.
O Espírito Santo:
Cremos na atualidade do batismo no Espírito Santo (com o sinal do falar em outras línguas), na habitação do Espírito no crente e na manifestação de seus dons espirituais.
Fim dos Tempos:
Cremos no retorno iminente e pessoal de Jesus Cristo para arrebatar a Sua Igreja, no Milênio e no Juízo Final.
Statement of Faith
The Holy Bible: We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God, verbally and plenarily inspired (every word and its complete context), and the only infallible rule for Christian faith, character, and conduct.
The Trinity: We believe in one eternal God, who exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory.
The Person of Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity and humanity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sacrificial death on the cross for the salvation of humanity, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension into heaven.
Salvation: We believe that salvation is received solely by the grace of God through faith in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and not by human works.
The Holy Spirit: We believe in the present-day ministry of the Holy Spirit, including the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues, the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in every believer, and the operation of His spiritual gifts.
The End Times (Revelation): We believe in the imminent and personal return of Jesus Christ to rapture His Church, in the Millennial Kingdom, and in the Final Judgment.
